Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the software brand “Aruplus” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by Mug Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the user and the Company.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service is a subscription-based desktop software tool that supports product sales and e-commerce activities. It is offered through Stripe as a recurring payment service (monthly or yearly) and is designed to run on personal computers.
Article 3 (Registration)
To use the Service, the user must agree to these Terms and complete the registration process as specified by the Company. Upon completion, a service agreement is established.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
- The Service is a paid service. Fees and payment conditions are defined separately for each plan provided by the Company.
- Payment is processed through Stripe, and users must provide a valid payment method upon registration.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the user.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in the following:
- Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Service
- Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights of the Company or third parties
- Any act that violates laws or public order and morals
Article 6 (Contract Term and Cancellation)
- The subscription contract may be canceled by the user at any time via the designated cancellation procedure.
- Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date. The Service remains available until the end of the current paid period.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy.
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages, including data loss or business interruption.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or the rightful holders. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall become effective upon being posted on this page.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Company’s principal place of business.
Article 11 (Refund Policy)
The Company provides a 14-day free trial period for all new subscriptions. During this trial period, users may cancel the subscription at any time without incurring any charges.
Once the free trial period ends and payment has been processed, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- If the Service is found to be fundamentally defective and unusable, and the Company is unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable time.
- If a user is mistakenly charged after completing a proper cancellation procedure prior to the next billing cycle.
To request a refund, users must contact customer support within 14 days of the billing date, including a detailed explanation of the issue. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Lack of understanding of the Service’s functions when a trial period was available
